I am a food science professional with 20+ years of experience in the food industry. My focus is on helping food companies through the various stages of developing an idea and bringing a product to market.
During my career at Clif Bar and Odwalla/Coca-Cola I led all aspects of product design and development from idea creation through commercialization and post-launch optimization.
My expertise is in the baking and snacks space, and I have extensive experience developing products in the natural and organic areas. Additionally, I have worked in the future proofing space where I sought out and tested innovative ingredients from the food tech and upcycled industries.
My educational background is in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
